Karen Archer
Lead Teacher 3 Year Old Class
Karen is the Lead Teacher for the 3 Year Old class. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University School of Business.
In 2017 she became a Substitute Teacher for Fairfax County Public Schools working with children in preschool through 6th grade. She was there for seven years. In 2020 Karen came to work at St. Paul’s as the Assistant Teacher in the Pre-K class. It felt like coming home as her daughter attended preschool here. It’s always been a very special place for her and holds many wonderful memories.
