Preschool Director

Jill Cha is originally from Illinois. She came to Virginia in 1983. Jill graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education in 1994. She worked in Loudoun County as a Kindergarten teacher for 5 years. After taking time to raise her four children, she began teaching at St. Paul’s Preschool. She has been a substitute, assistant, and lead teacher. Jill became the Director in 2019 and loves building relationships with all of the families and their children.
